Anne Vahle, MSEd, LCPC, is a high quality therapist with over 16 years of experience working with adults, children, and families in the Midwest. Anne earned her Master of Science in Education in Counseling and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois. She currently has a private practice at Mindshift Center, LLC. 

Anne has extensive training in evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions. She treats a variety of issues related to anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, relationship issues, family conflict, communication issues, parenting issues, grief, gender identity, sexual identity, and life transitions. In addition to her role as a private practice therapist, she is also actively involved as a leader in community organizations that focus on strengthening children, women, and families. Anne serves as a mental health advocate to promote client access to services. 

Anne’s warm, supportive style helps her clients better understand themselves, who they are apart from other people, and how to make changes to support the life they want to live.  

Originally from St. Louis, MO, Anne now resides in Quincy, Illinois with her husband and 3 young children. Her interests include exercise, outdoor adventures with her family, and quality time with the people and pups in her life.
