Appointment Policy

We are honored that you have chosen Mindshift Center, and we look forward to supporting your wellness. We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

There are numerous staff members that assist and prepare for your visit. To ensure that each client is given the proper amount of time allotted for their session, it is important to be timely. Plan to arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us with at least a 24-hour notice.

We value each and every one of our clients and appreciate your support in working with us to maintain processes to better serve each and every one of you!

Cancellation Policy

We allow changes or cancellations to your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time, although we appreciate 48-72 hours notice when possible to offer our time and services to other clients. 
  1. Please be courteous and cancel your appointment with at least a 24-hour notice. When you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from scheduling a session.
  2. If less than a 24-hour cancellation is given this will be documented as a “No-Show” appointment and the full fee for the missed service will be charged.
  3. Late arrivals of up to 15 minutes may be allowed a shortened session or rescheduled to a later time/date while being charged the full session fee.

Refund Policy

Sessions are non-refundable and are subject to our cancellation policy.
