How do I schedule a first appointment?
Complete our new client form, and a member of our team will reach out to answer questions and schedule. You can also call 217-440-0444.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth is available to clients located in Illinois or Missouri. We also see clients in person at our Quincy office.
How much do I need to share when I reach out?
Only what feels comfortable. Your contact information and a sentence or two about what brings you in is enough to get started. You never have to tell your whole story at once.
How much does counseling cost?
