We understand the cost of mental health services can be a deterrent to seeking much-needed care. Don’t let this scare you! Mindshift Center and its providers are mission-focused and offer payment options and need-based payment assistance options.

Insurance
For insured patients, you will be billed for co-payment and/or deductibles at the time of your appointment. You may receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) in the mail from your health insurance company to explain what services were paid for through your insurance plan; the EOB will indicate the amount that is your responsibility. After the insurance claim has been filed and paid by your insurance provider, we will bill any remaining balance to you.
We are currently an In-Network provider for the following insurances:
- United Health Care/Optum
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois
- Lyra EAP Provider
We can provide Out-of-Network (OON) services. Please check with your insurance directly by calling the number on the back of your insurance card. This Mentaya calculator is provided for your convenience to determine when using an ONN provider what your insurance covers and the amount you will be responsible for paying.
Out-of-Pocket
Patients paying out-of-pocket for services will be billed the full amount at the time of service.
