Treatment Approaches

We use effective interventions, tools, and strategies that meet clients’ needs and preferences. Our treatment approaches are grounded in a deep understanding of human development, attachment theory, family systems, ecological systems theory, and neuroscience. We use interventions that include humanistic, psychodynamic, narrative, and relational theories and therapeutic frameworks. Our trauma treatment includes establishing safety and understanding how past experiences may be impacting the client in the present. Trauma therapies are phase-oriented and sequential based on the needs and preferences of the client.
