She has extensive training in evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions and treats a variety of issues, including anxiety, stress, worry, fear, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Her areas of expertise include treating survivors of complex trauma. Dr. Knoverek recognizes the courage each client has when they reach out for counseling services. She helps clients rediscover the strengths they possess internally as they move toward the life they want for themselves and their loved ones. Dr. Knoverek’s warm, supportive therapeutic style, combined with contemporary advanced knowledge and skills for effective treatment, helps clients be successful in living their best life.
