Racheal is currently responsible for the writing and development of various grant opportunities Family Counseling Center Behavioral Health (FCCBH), where she has served in several program leadership roles and has been instrumental in developing and growing mental health and school-based programs. In addition, Racheal has eight years of experience working in public education to support students. Racheal is a wife and mother of 4 children and 2 fur babies. She lives in rural Southeast Missouri and enjoys relaxing with a good book or craft activity.
